Workshops, Team Building days and courses
Workshops and team building events
Workshops and team building events are tailor made for your specific needs.
These can vary from 2 hour community group/school workshops based on an environmental theme or history to corporate team building events of building a live willow sculpture.
Team building days and staff fun days
Creation is a great way to build confidence and a fantastic way to bond your staff or your team in alternative ways to their day to day relationships. Rowenna has many years experience in nurturing artistic gifts and is an ideal individual to help you regenerate enthusiasm in your staff. The projects can range from the individuals having a piece to take home to creating a permanent live willow sculpture or creating a sculpture for the day and left for nature to take its course. These days can either be at your premises or at an arranged venue.
The fun days are informal creation days where individuals are shown basic skills in construction and then given a free rein to create their own work. You can choose with which materials you would like your staff to work (e.g. Art Rock, Willow, recycled materials, tissue or a combination of materials).
Team building days are more structured. It is essential that Rowenna knows what you wish to gain from these events to create a day that will be fruitful for your team.
Some of the most successful team trust building events have been very simple such as mask making, while other team problem solving events can challenge your team to building living willow sculptures that can be achieved at your teams’ premises or for the benefit of a local school or community project.
Training
There is more and more focus due to government initiatives for children and young people to become more involved with their environment, outdoor activities and also with recycling. It is often difficult for schools to find appropriate workshop leaders or training for their staff in these areas. Rowenna is a confident trainer and leader and encourages all attending any of her events to pass on their skills to others. Specially designed training can be offered for individuals from your organisation or school in any of these fields.
