Growing Veg

Grow your own food

Everyone can grow their own food. If you have a windowsill or have an acre of land you can grow scrumptious and nutritional additions to your diet.

Rowenna has over 10 years experience of growing their own food organically in their polytunnel, their raised beds and on their windowsill.
She has an inspirational enthusiasm in encouraging others to grow their own food and to share her knowledge in this field.
Her dream in this area is of every community having a thriving community garden that can supply the local people with vegetables and fruit.

If you have a green area at your community, school or business premises then you too can contribute towards your community and your workers health both physically and emotionally by growing vegetables and fruit.
Rowenna can help you achieve your ideas by teaching basic skills, sharing knowledge and recommending which plants would be appropriate for the conditions of your green area.
